Qualified Service Engineers

ESCO’s service engineers support system inspection, configuration, programming, testing, troubleshooting, and repair at customer sites or ESCO’s facilities. Each assignment is planned according to the equipment involved, available technical documentation, manufacturer support, required tools, site conditions, and the agreed maintenance scope.

Preventive Maintenance

Preventive maintenance is performed while systems remain operational to identify developing issues before they cause disruption. The service may cover hardware condition, software status, connections, signal paths, control functions, ventilation, cleaning, operating logs, and other checks defined in the maintenance plan.

Inspection frequency and procedures are defined in each maintenance plan according to system use, equipment condition, operational risk, and site requirements. ESCO records completed checks, observed conditions, faults, corrective actions, and recommendations. Items requiring repair, replacement, software updates, or further investigation are reported for client approval.

TROUBLESHOOTING AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE

ESCO provides troubleshooting and corrective maintenance for AV systems experiencing intermittent connections, loss of audio or video, control failures, conferencing issues, abnormal equipment behavior, or reduced system performance. The service process can include symptom verification, connection and signal-path testing, configuration review, fault isolation, and confirmation of the affected component.
Where practical, corrective work can be completed onsite. Equipment requiring specialized repair, replacement parts, manufacturer support, or further bench testing may be handled at ESCO’s facilities or coordinated with an authorized service channel, subject to client approval and the agreed service scope.

System Upgrades

Following a system assessment, ESCO may recommend equipment replacement, software or firmware updates, capacity expansion, compatibility improvements, or changes to system configuration. Recommendations identify the observed limitation, proposed action, expected operational benefit, dependencies, and implementation considerations for client review.

User Training and Documentation

ESCO provides practical training for IT personnel, room administrators, operators, and end users based on the installed system and their responsibilities. Sessions may cover startup, source selection, conferencing, audio control, room controls, shutdown, basic troubleshooting, and escalation procedures. Customized operating guides or quick-reference materials can also be prepared when included in the agreed scope.

Event Technical Standby Support

ESCO provides on-site technical standby support for meetings, presentations, conferences, and other scheduled events using installed audio visual systems. The agreed scope may include pre-event checks, equipment setup, source verification, operator assistance, monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and escalation during the service period.
